A full day of hands on bread making session taking children from dough to loaf. We will be making a traditional white loaf along a focaccia, with the opportunity to decorate the focaccia using a selection of herbs, tomatoes and other toppings. We will learn about mixing, kneading, proving and shaping the bread along the way.
